Refund policy
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
At Bare Minimum, we want you to be 100% in love with your suit.
We are happy to provide store credit via gift card or exchanges on items that qualify for a return. Please find details on the return requirements below.
- All returns must be made no later than 14 days after receiving the products.
- Customers must send an email to info@bare-minimum.com with the order number and proof of return (tracking number) so that we can better assist you and process your return. If a tracking number is not provided and we do not receive the parcel, store credit or an exchange will not be issued.
- Please fill out the return and exchange form and include in the package when making a return/exchange.
- Returns of products that are damaged, washed, worn, used or stained will not be accepted.
- There are no returns on sale items.
- All products being returned must have the tags still attached, along with the garment bag that was included in the original packaging. If you are returning a pair of bottoms or a one piece, the hygiene sticker also must still be attached.
- Bare Minimum is not responsible for any shipping fees that are incurred. The customer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging a product.
- When returning items, the original shipping fee that was incurred to ship the package to you will not be refunded.
- Bare Minimum is not responsible for any packages that are lost when being returned back to us.
